Oatey® PVC Heavy Duty Grey Cement is a very Heavy-bodied fast setting grey cement for use on all schedules and classes of PVC pipe and fittings up to 12” diameter with interference fit. Oatey® sells only low-VOC solvent cements, which means they are compliant with the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) Rule 1168.
